Reading Body Language and Microexpressions for Poker Players

In this workshop, you’ll learn to understand and read body language and microexpressions that leak true emotion. We’ll show you what emotional expression looks like in the body and the face and how to observe it. We’ll look at signals of comfort and discomfort, common emotional expression and body language signals that bring insight into the minds of your opponents. You’ll learn to spot subtle voluntary and involuntary nonverbal behaviours–a skill set only a few are privy to.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel enlightened and excited–walking away with new skills and knowledge that when put into practise, can have a profound effect on your game.

Emotional Wellness: Reduce anxiety and stress and create inner feelings of positivity and confidence.

Stress, anxiety and a lack of confidence can be so overwhelming that they negatively impact life. At best, life experiences and emotions become less positive, at worse activities and experiences are avoided altogether. 

Our Emotional Wellness workshop helps people to take back control of their emotions and create inner feelings of positivity and confidence. You’ll learn science-based techniques to claim anxiety, stress and negative emotion and simple tweaks to your body and voice which will help create psychological grounding, positive emotions and confidence.
